Spiced Turkey, Avocado, & Olives

I don’t know about anyone else out there, but McCormick Taco Seasoning brings back childhood memories for me—I feel like flour tortillas filled with spiced meat, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, lettuce, and black olives happened at lease every couple of weeks at my Mom’s house. Today, this easy Tex-Mex dinner, makes for an even easier lunch that can be thrown together in minutes.

#26: A Tex-Mex Treat

5–6 butter lettuce leaves
juice of half a lime
1/2 cup spiced ground turkey (taco night leftovers!)
a big pinch of cheddar cheese
1/2 of an avocado; sliced
15–20 sliced black olives

  • Arrange leaves to make a lettuce bowl. Sprinkle on meat and cheese toppings, then add avocado and olives. Best!
