Strawberries, Cheese, & Pecans


#55: Use what you’ve got

I’m not sure I would call this a “go to” combination, but considering it was assembled of pretty much the last remaining edible things in my fridge, it wasn’t half bad!

a fistful of arugula
a long drizzle of Brianna’s Real French Vinegarette
1/2 cup cubed cheese (Longhorn cheddar and Colby Jack shown here)
1/2 quartered strawberries
1/4 cup pecan pieces

  • Toss greens in dressing and pile on plate. Add cheese, strawberries, and pecans. Voila!
