#81: Toppings Two Ways

This was yummy, but I felt like everything was out of control afterwards! I had the oven going and a big saute pan and my new digs are lacking on counter space. At least I had leftovers so I had time to clean the whole thing up—the mixture had a second life scrambled with eggs and made into a breakfast quesadilla. If I could go back, I would probably put an egg on top of this because round two was such a revelation. Someone out there do it and tell me how awesome it was!
