Pasta, Arugula Pesto & Kalamata Olives

pasta (I recommend one with lots of nooks and crannies to hide pesto in!)
kale; de-stemmed and torn into small pieces
1/2 lemon
peas (frozen is ok, just cook to package directions)
kalamata olives
1–2 tbs homemade arugula pesto

  • Cook pasta according to directions. Meanwhile, trim out stems of kale leaves and put in a medium bowl. Tear the kale into small pieces while massaging with juice from lemon. Add peas, kalamata olives, and pesto. Toss to combine!
