Mustard Dressing

Makes a little less than half a cup—enough for a couple of lunch salads or one large dinner salad. I love it with warm potatoes, radishes & scallions.

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons coarse grain mustard
1 teaspoon honey, softened
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
fresh ground black pepper to taste

  • Put everything in a small jar with a lid and shake it up! Alternatively, you could put everything in a small bowl and whisk it up.
