Potatoes, Fermented Veg, & Lemon Cucumber

I think I will forever have dreams about the first time I tried this fermented veggie medley from Bernhardt Farm at the Meuller Farmer’s Market in Austin, TX. I got these lemon cucumbers on the same trip (but I can’t remember from what stand.. dang) and I think I am equally obsessed—They are so cucumber-y and cute!
