Broccoli Stems, Black Beans, & Radishes


#14: Fresh & easy

a fistful of argula & baby kale
a fistful of broccoli stem & carrot slaw
3 radishes; chopped
10-15 super leafy stems of cilantro
1 skinny green onion
juice of 3 limes
1/4 cup homemade black beans; rinsed & drained

  • Toss greens greens, slaw, most of the radishes, cilantro, and most of the onions in the juice of all but a 1/4 wedge of lime. Pile on a plate. Add black beans, then top with remaining radish pieces and green onion. Squeeze a lime over everything and add a heft pinch of salt (if you like).
