Beef Sirloin, Potato, & Egg

#53: Mother’s Day feast!

a fistful of arugula
long drizzle Brianna’s Real French Vinaigrette
4 oz grilled beef Sirloin fajita meat
1 egg
small pad butter (for frying egg)
1/2 cup roasted fingerling potatoes
salt & pepper

  • Toss greens in dressing and pile on plate. Add potatoes and sliced beef and arrange on top. Fry your egg to desired done-ness and add to salad. Coat everything with fresh ground pepper and salt if you like!
