Asian-y Sesame Dressing

makes about 1/2 cup

4 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
salt, to taste

  • Mix all ingredients together in a small jar. Could be enough for 1 big salad or a couple of lunch salads!
